This Nov 15 our Saturn Retrograde period will come to an end. Now, to truly impart the importance of this occurrence, some basic definitions must be clear. Those of you who are astrology enthusiasts, you all can skip this next paragraph but for those of you who would like to learn, read carefully, & read closely.
Questions to Ask Melooha
Saturn Retrograde shifts happen twice a year. Once to enter the Saturn Retrograde & once to leave. On Nov 15 our Saturn leaves its retrograde position & this introduces some questions… like what question to ask Melooha!
- Are there important karmic lessons that might impact me soon?
- Will I achieve my personal goals this coming month?
- What areas of my life will experience the most significant impact?
- Are there aspects of my career that will become unlocked?
- How is my personal resilience this month?
- Will my focus be strong?
- Are there habits or routines that should be adjusted?
Astrological Definitions
- Saturn - The planet that represents discipline, structure, and karmic lessons, known for teaching us through patience and perseverance.
- Retrograde - A period when a planet appears to move backward in the sky, symbolising a time for reflection, revisiting past lessons, and internal growth.

The Saturn Retrograde Period
Saturn is our strong, bold, & great zodiac taskmaster! He governs a multitude of symbols like discipline, responsibility, & long term goals. When this mighty planet goes retrograde, which happens for approximately four to five months every year, its energy turns inward. This retrograde period is marked by:
- Resurfacing of Karmic Teachings
- Thinking Slow, Acting Slow
- Life-Journey Evaluation
The End of a Retrograde
Now that the significance of the Saturn retrograde period is outlined, how should we act when this retrograde period comes to an end? If the Saturn retrograde period is described by karmic teachings, the slowing of movements, & self reflection, what does the end of this retrograde period mean for you?
When Saturn positions perpendicular & direct the periods of introspection & reflection can reach some closing. This end of the period does not mean you don’t reflect any more, but it means you should utilise all of the thoughts that have been bouncing around into action. This “action” could come to fruition through many different modes. Some of these modes could be interpreted as:
- Release of Great Tension
- Implementation, not inaction
- Moving Momentum
Endings & New Beginnings
Change is unknown. Change is hard. Change is scary. But, change provides opportunities! I have thought hard about this retrograde & I have thought about how I deal with change in general. I think this list of 7 could be the guideline you can use to leverage this Saturn retrograde into a productive, positive, & profitable quarter!
- Embrace moving fast slowly. Actions without purpose are often as useless as no action.
- Reflect on learned lessons. Journal. Write. Note. Document. Even in stages of high activity, documenting how you feel will only help you move forward.
- Set new boundaries. Transforming into action does not mean you should do everything. Say no when your gut tells you to say no. That is not only ok, that is highly recommended.
- Create structured, tiered, achievable goals. Oftentimes after long periods of contemplation it is difficult to change. If every goal can be broken down into smaller achievable goals then you can achieve your dreams.
- Prioritise Self Care. This one is basic. The health of your body is required to take action. The health of your mind is required to take action. The health of your spirit is required to take action.
- Connect with mentors. Seek advice from your gurus: Melooha, Parents, Teachers, Coaches. Trust their word, their intent, & their meaning. Use these words to push yourself to reach new heights!
- Trust your gut. Follow the momentum: Brick walls are always around us. The question is if you use the right tool to break those walls.
Closing Thoughts
As Saturn retrograde comes to an end, we stand at a pivotal moment—one where self-reflection transitions into action, and cosmic lessons evolve into real-life improvements. By embracing the changes with an open mind and readiness to implement hard-earned wisdom, we can harness Saturn’s energy for growth and stability. This blog has been much more serious than most, but Saturn is a serious planet!
